The International Letter of Guarantee is an irrevocable payment undertaking issued by the bank that may concern import or export of goods, reimbursement of a financial obligation, or the execution or performance of a work.
The various types of guarantees are Guarantee of payment, Advance payment Guarantee, Bid guarantee, Performance or Warranty execution Guarantee, Financial guarantee and Standby letter of guarantee.
