Negotiate the exchange of your liquidity against the domiciliation of a commercial paper
This is an operation to exchange liquidity against the issuance marketable debt instruments and interest bearing “commercial paper” that TSB can guarantee by endorsing the issuance and securing the capital and yield.
Advantages
- Fixed or variable yield depending on the duration
- A freely agreed rate between the issuer and the subscriber
- Security given that the commercial paper is evidenced by risk-free securities which are endorsed
