The Home ownership savings plan is an account aimed at building equity in order to :
- Purchase an apartment, a house or a plot of land
- Build a house
- Home improvement projects
With the Home ownership savings plan, save at your own pace over a minimum of 24 months, to :
- Grow your capital with advantageous interest rates
- Access to a mortgage at preferential rates
- Obtain a loan amount of up to 4 times the total savings
- Pay back the loan over a period of up to 25 years.
